QualifiedCompute

Terms of service

Effective September 6, 2026

These terms govern your use of Qualified Compute at https://qualifiedcompute.com ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What the service is

Qualified Compute ranks industrial properties by evidence of existing electrical service and related infrastructure, drawing on public records, utility filings, mapping data and news coverage. It is a research aid for identifying candidate sites. It is not a substitute for a utility load study, an interconnection agreement, a title search, an environmental assessment, or professional advice.

Accounts

Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own property research and business development. You may not:

Accuracy and no warranty

Site information is compiled automatically from third-party and public sources and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Values marked as unverified have not been checked by a person. Estimates of capacity, cost or timing are indicative only. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in the service is investment, legal, engineering or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for lost profits, revenue or opportunity, arising from your use of or reliance on the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free account is zero.

Intellectual property

The service's software, design, scoring and compiled data are owned by the operator. Public-record facts remain public; the selection, arrangement and analysis are ours. Your notes and decisions remain yours, and you grant us the right to store and process them to run the service.

Termination

You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service, and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
